Kody Lake

Kody joined the firm in 2022. In his four years of practice, Kody focused solely on all facets of real estate, including but not limited to, residential transactions, commercial transactions, mechanics lien litigation, and evictions.

Kody has a vast array of assisting people, including commercial builders selling buildings worth $5 million to buyers on simple condo purchases. Kody is continuing his practice areas at Morreale, Brady, Malone and Palmer, P.C. and adding in the area of the corporate relocation.
